What to Expect During Your RMA Consultation

Your consultation with a Registered Migration Agent (RMA) is designed to provide clear, practical, and personalised immigration advice tailored to your circumstances and migration goals.

During your consultation, we will:

About this Process

1. Free Assessment

Fill in the questionnaire here and we will call you for an obligation-free assessment. During this phone call we will run through your initial concerns and needs and book in a time for a more detailed consultation.

2. Consultation

Our consultation session runs for 45-60 minutes which will allow us to present to you a detailed strategy to meet the concerns and needs you presented to us in our initial phone call.

3. Settling the strategy and getting started

At the consultation, we will generally present to you a few selections of the best strategies.

We will also balance the time required, costs and difficulty so that you can choose the strategy you are most comfortable with.

4. Service and Fee Agreement

We will need you to sign a Service Agreement (SA) contract that legally allows us to act on your behalf through the visa application process.

You will be briefed on the service fees and application fees. A downpayment is required to sign service agreement with us. The full and final payment will be required prior to the lodgement of your application.

After the SA is signed, you will be advised next steps and on documents that are required. Please take care to read through the presented checklists thoroughly and provide us with a full set of correct documents by the stipulated due date so that we may lodge your applications in a timely manner.
